Positioning
Most product orgs have strategy decks. Few leaders stay close to the work of actually shipping products.
I work at the intersection of enterprise platform leadership and hands-on product execution. Strategy only matters when teams know who owns what and products hold up in real workflows.
01 · Teams
Clear ownership beats clever org charts. I build teams where product, engineering, and customer-facing functions know who decides, who executes, and who owns the outcome.
02 · Platforms
Durable platforms come from understanding how people actually work. AI should reduce friction in those workflows, not add noise or another dashboard to ignore.
03 · Shipping
I stay hands-on designing and shipping products outside the enterprise portfolio. It keeps judgment sharp and reminds the team that execution is the job, not a talking point.

Leadership
Leadership lessons repeat until leaders address the underlying behavior, not just the visible problem. The challenge is rarely the challenge. It is the pattern beneath it.

Leadership
Performance without wellbeing is a countdown clock. Stepping away is part of the job, not a break from it. Leaders who recharge return with clearer judgment and stronger teams.

Open to conversations about product leadership, platform strategy, and building teams that execute.
Platform direction, team accountability, and AI that fits real workflows. I lead enterprise portfolios and still ship products hands-on.
Both. Day job is platform leadership at Verisk. Side projects keep execution skills sharp and test ideas outside the enterprise portfolio.
Useful AI reduces friction in workflows people already rely on. The work is understanding how teams operate, not adding features for the sake of it.
